Garver does team with third-party recruiters and we understand the benefits your industry knowledge and recruiting expertise can bring to our company. We work with a small, select number of approved vendors for recruiting needs and we value this as a strategic partnership.
Garver does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters. Any resume received by Garver from a recruiter without a Garver Contingency Recruiting Agreement in place will be seen as property of Garver.
In order to be an approved vendor, a third-party recruiter must have an executed Garver Contingency Recruiting Agreement signed by Garver's Chief Operations Officer. This signed agreement is the only way a third-party recruiter will be eligible to receive payment for candidates hired by Garver.
Approved vendors will then be authorized to recruit positions for Garver through an addendum to the contract that is signed by Garver's Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Recruiter or Human Resources staff. Verbal or written commitments from any other Garver staff members will not be considered binding.
It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiting partners to understand and abide by this agreement.
