Water PortfolioMuscle Shoals Wastewater Treatment Plant ImprovementsClient: Utility Board of the City of Muscle ShoalsLocation: Muscle Shoals, Alabama Project Cost: $7.7 Million Garver is assisting Muscle Shoals with its plant and NPDES Discharge permit limits for ammonia nitrogen; plant expansion for a new permitted capacity of four million gallons per day; the renovation and refurbishing of older plant facilities; and EPA grant administration. Preliminary engineering includes plant evaluations, permitting, and surveying requirements. Design includes the development of detailed construction plans, specifications, and contract documents. Construction phase services include providing office and field assistance during project bidding and construction.  |
