Project
Garver provided an energy usage analysis that allowed a Fortune 500 client to take advantage of a business tax incentive. This project involved defining building areas into production and non-production areas and determining what percentage of electric and natural gas usage was being used by each area. A report on this study was filed with the taxing authority.

Garver’s work on this project provided a two-month payback to the client, with significant savings for years to come.
