Garver provided engineering services for a manufacturing plant by developing process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) of the plant’s existing compressed air piping. The piping diagrams were documented from the compressors to the machine service level. A report was generated from field observations and equipment data, capturing the existing estimated compressed air usage of the plant. This report included an evaluation of the plant’s existing compressed air capacity as well as recommendations for future plant expansion.
