Project
Garver provided services for the C-130J Operations Training Facility at the Little Rock Air Force Base. The C-130J Operations Training Facility, with an area of approximately 7,750 square feet, houses administrative areas, classrooms, simulator, and support areas for C-130J/C-130 MATS aircrews, quality assurance, and maintenance personnel.

Garver’s portion of the design included the following aspects:

• Sidewalks, parking, and paving
• Sanitary sewer
• Gas, water, and electrical distribution systems
• Site grading, utilities, fencing, and drainage
• Anti-terrorism/force protection
• Utility relocations, site improvements, and systems
• Structural design of a single-story steel moment frame structure

• Structural design
• Civil design
