Garver led a multi-disciplined team in the design of a 1,200-car, three-level parking garage for the Little Rock National Airport. Garver also led the design of an extensive remodel of the terminal, including a skybridge connection from the parking garage to the terminal, new offices for the rental car agencies, and extensive reconstruction of the terminal roadway and parking lot system. To support the design of the new roadways and parking lots, Garver accomplished extensive traffic and signing studies. Garver designed a completely new revenue control system for the parking garage and the terminal parking lots. In addition, Garver provided construction contract administration and construction observation.
