Project
Runway Rehabilitation
Runway 8/26 and taxiways Charlie and Lima required pavement rehabilitation to adequately carry an increased volume of the airport's traffic during the future Runway 18L/36R reconstruction project. The project included construction of pavement rehabilitation involving concrete patching, joint sealing, slurry seal, pavement marking, signage, and Oklahoma Air National Guard Aircraft Arresting Barriers BAK 12/14 relocation. Garver represented the Tulsa Airport Authority during construction to verify that construction was performed in conformance with plans and specifications.

North Development Area Taxiways
The North Development Area provides expanded opportunities for new tenants, including an American Airlines Maintenance Facility. The development utilizes existing undeveloped airport property and provides the infrastructure necessary to allow build out, occupancy, and landside and airside access to the northern half of the airport. Garver provided services to improve landside roadway access, airside taxiway access, drainage, utility services, and security fencing.
